NAFIC and FFMA International FIC of the Year Award

Member societies of the National Association of Fraternal Insurance Counselors (NAFIC) and The Fraternal Field Managers Association (FFMA) are eligible to award one top representative as that society's FIC of the Year. This award winner then becomes an eligible nominee for the International FIC of the Year (IFOTY).

To qualify as the IFOTY, they must meet three additional requirements: they must be a member of NAFIC for at least 5 years, be a dues-paying member, and have achieved a NAFIC production award. Once qualified, a selection committee from the NAFIC and the FFMA selects one candidate to receive the award.

These nominees maintain the highest standards of professionalism, honesty, fairness, and competence; know and adhere to all applicable insurance regulations; continue their education about the financial and fraternal elements of the field; empower and educate their members; and serve their society and community by putting others first.
