All FICs will be eligible who:

1. Demonstrate excellence in actual field underwriting, and
2. Have paid NAFIC dues for the year of performance and for the current membership year.

Quality Service Award

• Certificate awarded for 90% persistency covering issued life insurance production of $1 million or more on at least 25 paid applications.  The FIC must have been with his or her fraternal society at least two years.
• A special plaque is awarded for the 10th, 20th, 25th and 30th years to recipients that attend the national NAFIC convention.  Those that do not attend receive a paper certificate.

Production Awards

These awards require various minimum earned first-year commissions on life insurance production of $1 million or more on at least 25 paid applications.  Records are obtained from your home office to determine the correct award to be issued.  All first-year earned commissions from a fraternal society count towards the award. 

Awards for 2012 production to be given in 2013 are as follows:

• Bronze - $25,000 in earned first-year commissions.
• Silver - $35,000 in earned first-year commissions.
• Gold - $50,000 in earned first-year commissions.
• Platinum - $65,000 in earned first-year commissions.
• NAFIC President's Award - A special plaque is awarded for $80,000 in earned first-year commissions.  The plaque is given to recipients who attend the national NAFIC convention.  Those that do not attend will receive a paper certificate.
• NAFIC Chairman's Council - Members earn a seat on the Chairman's Council for achieving $125,000 in earned first-year commissions.
